They are not legal advice, a survey, a valuation, or a substitute for professional conveyancing, and should be read alongside — not instead of — advice from your solicitor and engineer.
We take care to compile records accurately, but the underlying registers are maintained by public bodies and may themselves contain errors or omissions. Reports reflect the record as available at the time of preparation.
